What does the PA salesperson exam cover?
The PSI-administered exam has two sections: a national portion covering real estate principles, contracts, financing and federal fair-housing rules, and a Pennsylvania portion covering the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act, Commission rules, agency, disclosures and settlement procedures.
Do I need pre-licensing education first?
Yes. You must complete 75 hours of approved pre-licensing education at an approved school and submit your application before scheduling the exam through PSI.
